5th Grade Open House/Transition Meeting

⭐⭐ WELCOME, 5TH GRADERS! ⭐️⭐️
🖤 We could not be more excited to meet and welcome you into the Forest Family!
💛 Please complete the FORM (click on the title above to access the link) to register for an Open House/Transition Meeting time. There are limited student slots available for each time.
🖤 After you submit the form, you will see a registration confirmation on the screen. Please print or take a picture of the information. It will be helpful as you prepare for this event.
💛 NEW rising 7th and 8th graders may also register for this open house event.
🖤 If you know of someone who cannot register online, he or she can call the school to register over the phone.
💛 As a reminder, 5th grade students will participate in 5th Grade Orientation on Thursday, February 17th. (Flyer is in comments.) Students who attend our feeder schools will visit Lake Forest with their classes. Students who attend other schools are also invited to attend this exciting event. If your student is out of zone, home-schooled, or attends a non-feeder school, please call the office for more information. All 5th graders are invited to Orientation on February 17th!
