I'm originally from South Alabama, but recently moved from North Alabama to Cleveland in March 2020. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies and Instruction and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English (both received from Grand Canyon University).
I've been married almost 16 years to my husband, Justin, who is the High School pastor at First Baptist Cleveland. We have three beautiful children, Emilee (15), Ethan (9), and Elijah (6).
I had the privilege of staying home with my three children until I began teaching in the classroom. This will be my 3rd year in the classroom and my 1st year at Lake Forest! I'm super excited to be a part of the Bruin family!
This year will look way different than previous years, however, we are going to have an awesome year! I can't wait to get back into the classroom and teach what I love.
