Lake Forest Middle School Junior Beta Club Information

The Lake Forest Middle School Junior Beta Club is proudly in our 25th year! Our motto is, "We lead by serving others." Our students choosing to be involved in Beta Club represent the four pillars of the Beta Club. Academic achievement, character, leadership, and service are all the foundations we emphasize.

Each year we identify students that are candidates for joining our chapter of the Junior Beta Club by looking for 6th grade students that have excellent character, show leadership, make 90-100 in each subject on the first report card, and have no more that two discipline warnings. Any student can apply in any grade level if they meet this criteria.  Mrs. Esch in room A206 can give you an application following the first grading period.

Our Junior Beta Club students host fundraisers for civic groups, participate in creating plastic yarn to help a local group make roll-up mattresses for the homeless, attend state and national conferences to compete in anything from academics to art, and complete service hours in our community.

We meet on Tuesday mornings in the auditorium from 7:45-8:05.
