Future Ready - Student Technology Forms

Bradley County Schools strongly believes that technology is a tremendous source that provides countless opportunities for students and staff in educational settings. We have developed a 1-to-1 device program to provide each student with the opportunity to use technology in a way that will enrich and support a high-quality learning experience.

Join the Future Ready Technology Team

The Future Ready Technology Team will work on Digital Citizenship for the district, Technology Grade-level skills and standards, and general technology issues for Bradley County Schools.

5th Grade Open House/Transition Meeting

⭐⭐ WELCOME, 5TH GRADERS! ⭐️⭐️
🖤 We could not be more excited to meet and welcome you into the Forest Family!
💛 Please complete the FORM (click on the title above to access the link) to register for an Open House/Transition Meeting time. There are limited student slots available for each time.
🖤 After you submit the form, you will see a registration confirmation on the screen. Please print or take a picture of the information. It will be helpful as you prepare for this event.
💛 NEW rising 7th and 8th graders may also register for this open house event.
🖤 If you know of someone who cannot register online, he or she can call the school to register over the phone.
💛 As a reminder, 5th grade students will participate in 5th Grade Orientation on Thursday, February 17th. (Flyer is in comments.) Students who attend our feeder schools will visit Lake Forest with their classes. Students who attend other schools are also invited to attend this exciting event. If your student is out of zone, home-schooled, or attends a non-feeder school, please call the office for more information. All 5th graders are invited to Orientation on February 17th!

Archery Tryouts Sign-Up

Please click on the 'Archery Tryout Sign-Up' title above and use the student's name to sign up in the slot.

Tryouts will take place at the Middle School Fieldhouse.

Only one student per slot will be allowed at the time slot.

We are so excited to get this year of archery started at Lake Forest.

All equipment will be provided for tryouts, but if your child owns a Mathews Genesis bow they are welcome to bring their own bow.

Chromebooks 1:1 Roll-Out Procedures

We are thrilled to implement Phase 1 of our student device roll-out plan. Below you will find a Parent FAQ Sheet and two additional forms from Bradley County Schools. These forms will be sent home on the first day of school and will be expected to be returned to your child's homeroom teacher by Wednesday, August 11. Once all of the appropriate forms have been signed and fees have been paid, we will begin issuing the devices during the week of August 16.
